Services

We are experienced imagery analysts who've worked with both military and Dept. of  Defense collection systems.  We have system engineering and software testing experience as well as experience with customer relationships in the retail sector. However, our core competency is image collection with GIS and photogrametric exploitation and analysis.

 We support:

  • Photo collection of external views of  premier  properties  - as well as showcasing undeveloped listings for the real estate industry
  • Document  the pre-start, development progression, and task completion of construction projects
  • Imaging for evidentiary data preservation
  • Capture essential birdseye views of a traffic accident scenes
  • Environmental projects and  their issues
  • Collect images for real estate and general marketing/advertising

  • Packages:  You customize the package that best fits your needs through our products listed below:


    A Typical Package:  BAII performs its workorders by the hour @ $69.00/hour*

    - The photo shoot = 1-2 hours

    - Post shoot processing:  $35.00/hr

     

    What this includes:

    -  1 or more CDs of all of your images per workorder

    - Shoot session information :   Data will include but not limited to:  

    Date, time of shoot, GPS coordinates of a key feature pictured, camera data - focal length, data type, (JPEG, TIF, RAW, etc) solar angle (north, south, etc), size of photos, distances to key features within the images when specified.

    - Free delivery thru a method of your choice: - Free office visits offered but not required (before shoot and after)

    - Number of photos:  Unlimited

    - Free quotes using a Flat Fee contract or a Cost Plus contract - whichever will suit your needs

    -Itemized billing/estimates prior to shoot

     

    *Total: Workorder = 1 hour photoshoot + 1 hour post shoot:  = $104 + tax (El Cajon rates @ 9.75%)

    - A customized print image if requested @ $10.50 per sq ft

     

    All images remain under CA copyright laws

    *Travel 25 miles or more beyond our home base requires a surcharge of 12.50 per hour

    Newsletter:  Our newsletters are produced quarterly; in the spring of 2009 they will be produced weekly.
